Cancelamento e Retirada de Consentimento
O consentimento é revogável. Sempre.
A safe word — RED ou ABORT — encerra imediatamente a interação. ABORT PROTOCOL tem o mesmo efeito. Não é preciso justificar, explicar, negociar ou pedir autorização. Tudo para: a interação em curso, a supervisão e, se assim o entenderes, a relação.
Retirada sem penalização
A retirada de consentimento é um direito e integra o enquadramento SSC e RACK desta dinâmica. Não constitui, por si só, incumprimento e não gera qualquer penalização ou valor devido pelo ato de retirar consentimento. Não existe obrigação de continuar uma interação.
Encerramento imediato
Qualquer das partes pode terminar a qualquer momento, com ou sem motivo, sem aviso prévio e sem custo de encerramento. Comunica pelo canal acordado ou para mr.k.protocol@gmail.com. Uma safe word produz efeito imediato, sem depender de confirmação por email.
Sessões já realizadas
A retirada de consentimento não altera, por si só, os valores legalmente devidos por sessões já realizadas. A parte não realizada e os direitos legais são tratados na página Tributos e Devoluções. Nenhuma questão financeira pode condicionar a interrupção imediata da interação.
Cancellation and Withdrawal of Consent
Consent is revocable. Always.
The safe word — RED or ABORT — ends the interaction immediately. ABORT PROTOCOL has the same effect. No justification, explanation, negotiation or permission is needed. Everything stops: the current interaction, supervision and, if you choose, the relationship.
Withdrawal without penalty
Withdrawal of consent is a right and part of the SSC and RACK framework of this dynamic. It is not, by itself, a breach and creates no penalty or amount due for withdrawing consent. There is no obligation to continue an interaction.
Immediate termination
Either party may end the relationship at any time, with or without a reason, without advance notice or a termination fee. Notify the agreed channel or mr.k.protocol@gmail.com. A safe word takes effect immediately, without email confirmation.
Completed sessions
Withdrawal of consent does not, by itself, change amounts lawfully due for sessions already completed. Unprovided portions and statutory rights are addressed in Contributions and Refunds. No financial issue can delay the immediate end of an interaction.
